Our 6th Year Geography classes recently visited the Dublin Mountains to complete their field study which is a compulsory element of the Geography syllabus. Thanks to Ms. Lucey & Mr. McNeaney for organising the trip.
Our 2nd year Wicklow class were busy working away in our school garden recently. They did a great job pruning roses, digging out flower bed and sewing seeds in the polytunnel. Thanks to Ms. Farrelly and all teachers involved in this great project.
Thanks to 1st Year Head Ms. Lucey and our PE Department for organising two fun days out orienteering for all 1st years classes in Ardgillan Castle. Thanks to the local Gardai from Balbriggan who provided a safe crossing point on the way.
Our TY group have been busy taking part in a mental health workshop with Aware for 4 weeks and started their FAI coaching course. They also participated in a workshop with Poetry Ireland. Science Hub workshop started in association with Trinity College Dublin. All sounds great to us!
